Raghu Arunachalam is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of WorkVis.io and is based in Pittsburgh, PA. Before WorkVis, Raghu held various leadership roles at Industrial Scientific, Predictive Solutions, Safer Systems, and Intelex, and over the years was responsible for bringing to market many innovative, technology-rich, industrial safety solutions. He was the founder and CEO of ActiveBlu Corporation, which developed key technologies for enabling real-time connected worker solutions. ActiveBlu was acquired by ISC/Fortive (NYSE: FTV) in 2017. Before his work in industrial safety, he was a faculty member at Carnegie Mellon University where he researched machine learning algorithms to solve hard real-world industrial problems. Raghu holds a Ph.D. from the University of Warwick, UK. He has been granted over twenty patents relating to industrial safety. In his free time, Raghu enjoys following his children’s many sporting activities and playing competitive tennis and is an FAA-certified pilot who loves all things aviation.
Eric Hayman is the Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of WorkVis.io and is based in Stockholm, Sweden. He is an experienced computer vision scientist with an extensive record in the sports technology and broadcast media sectors. Eric co-founded CogEye that developed computer vision systems for sports applications and was acquired by Tracab. For 15 years as Chief Scientist at Tracab, he was the driving force behind the Tracab optical tracking system that has been installed in hundreds of arenas and deployed in thousands of elite live soccer games including FIFA World Cups, the German Bundesliga, and Spanish La Liga. He holds a Ph.D. in computer vision from the University of Oxford, UK, and was a postdoctoral researcher at the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm, Sweden. In his spare time, Eric enjoys playing the piano, traveling, and spending time with his family.
André Dübbel is the Chief Data Scientist for WorkVis.io and is based in Stockholm, Sweden. He is an experienced machine learning engineer focusing on deep learning applications within computer vision. André started his career at Tobii working on their industry-leading eye-tracking technology and driver awareness system for heavy machinery. He has since worked in machine and deep learning at Fishbrain and Tracab. André has a master’s degree in Machine Learning from the Engineering Physics program at the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH). When away from his computer, you will find André spending time outdoors with his family, hunting and fishing.
Rob Crouthamel leads Operations and Customer Success for WorkVis.io and is based in Pittsburgh, PA. He is a former Air Force officer with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University. Rob has developed, fielded, and supported products for medical imaging, hazardous gas detection, connected worker, and agriculture; at both startups and established companies including Bayer Healthcare, Industrial Scientific, ActiveBlu, and Farm Jenny. Some of his best ideas come while riding the tractor on his family’s farm. He loves skiing, backpacking, and sipping good beers.
Justin McElhattan, founder of Nicely Road Capital, joined WorkVis.io as an advisor in 2024. Justin brings a wealth of experience in workplace safety, with over thirty years of leadership experience in the environmental, health, and safety (EHS) field. He served 25 years at Industrial Scientific (ISC), becoming CEO in 2010. He led the sale of ISC to Fortive Corporation (NYSE: FTV) in 2017 and built their EHS business group. In 2018, along with his wife Shirley, Justin founded the Nicely Ridge Foundation, an organization dedicated to building prosperous communities. Justin earned his Bachelor of Science in Environmental Resource Management from The Pennsylvania State University and holds an MBA from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University (CMU). He also serves on the boards of the CMU Tepper School of Business, the Pittsburgh Technology Council, and the Ligonier Camp and Conference Center. Justin enjoys spending time with his family outdoors and at their family farm.
