He served 25 years at Industrial Scientific (ISC), becoming CEO in 2010. He led the sale of ISC to Fortive Corporation (NYSE: FTV) in 2017 and built their EHS business group. In 2018, along with his wife Shirley, Justin founded the Nicely Ridge Foundation, an organization dedicated to building prosperous communities. Justin earned his Bachelor of Science in Environmental Resource Management from The Pennsylvania State University and holds an MBA from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University (CMU). He also serves on the boards of the CMU Tepper School of Business, the Pittsburgh Technology Council, and the Ligonier Camp and Conference Center. Justin enjoys spending time with his family outdoors and at their family farm.
